Our Private Fully Gated and Fenced 3 Acre Compounds are Located Side By Side and are completely separate Unless booked together. 6 & 7 Bedrooms Separately 13 Bedrooms if booked Together. Sleeps Up To 50 Total has an ample large group conference areas and amenities catering to business groups.
Both Properties: Mobile white boards and built in 100 inch projector with screen provided.
7 Bedroom Ranch: 80 inch TV in main living room with surrounded sound provides a perfect presentation room, extra fold out chairs can be brought in optionally. Long King Arthur Style Dining Room Table has bench seating for 16 and is equipped with a 100 Inch Slide Down Ceiling Projector Screen.
6 Bedroom Ranch 80 Inch Tv in main living room at Tennis House also with Surrounded sound. Seating for ~30 in Main Great Room. Large Formal Living Room with Fantastic natural light can be arranged for a large white board or projector presentation.
Outside Patios
7 Bedroom Ranch Estate Outside Patios have ample seating for 30+ lit by Moroccan hanging lights and propane fire table it’s frankly the best after dusk team building environment.
6 Bedroom Tennis Ranch Estate Outside Patio also has well lit fire pit with Large Sectional and Table Seating for 10.
Business Catering…
3 Meal Private Chef Catering available for all size groups or only cater a few meals, our Private Chef Alfonso is a Gourmet and BBQ Master. Cooks meals in the houses kitchen and bbq or off site by request. Leaves the kitchen spotless and makes sure there ample portions for Plenty of Leftovers for breakfast. Enjoy Fresh Eggs delivered to the front door every morning from our organic on property chickens, along with seasonal fruits and Vegetables from our estate gardens home to over 150 Different varieties of fruit trees.
Two Keurig’s, and Two Mr Coffees Machines provided along with a large assortment of K-cups and Grounds.
House can be stocked with groceries, preferred soaps, wine, etc. Our team provides 24/7 Professional concierge style service for anything that arises or Anything you need at all.
